So help me to understand what I am missing!

According to what I have understood, the copy-pasters:
1. Gain more followers by leaving a welcome message to NEW members, people who UPGRADE and those who take a major step (for example creating their website)
2. More followers = More VISIBILITY for their content
3. More Visibility = More INTERACTIONS (if the content reasonates with the audience)
4. More Interactions = More Commissions?

What is the point I am not getting? I am genuily asking you

Do you see the irony of you commenting in a post where the entire point is to keep your focus where it needs to be and instead you're completely sidetracked like this?

Find people who are reaching the goals you want to reach and do as they do.

Yes, I hope the points/earnings system won't be taken away, as some members are trying to game the system.

It's already set up to to protect that. As an example, you can game the system copying and pasting all the way to number 2 on the leaderboard and if I'm creating original, helpful content that gets likes, comments, and discussion I'll be earning more than you even if I'm like 10 on the leaderboard.
