Hello Eric,
I love this post. I often think for those who feel they can't pay for more than a month or two it would still be worth paying that month or two, spending all of their time learning and playing with a site as they go through the lessons. Then go get some cheaper hosting elsewhere and implement what they learned in that month or two of pure studying.
I've tried to make an effort the last couple of months to get to more of the live classes even though they end about an hour before I have to be at work. I know I'm getting the most relevant and updated training from the Maestro themselves (such as yourself).

Hi Eric. I agree. Interestingly, some people were willing to shell out 1k or over for a program that got them nowhere except flat broke. Then they come here saying they can't afford it. Of course, after spending that much, no wonder you go broke. But as Kyle said, no matter what we tell them, some will buy into this shiny object syndrome, so it is crucial to be honest in everything we do and not con people into a program that has done for our system that leads to an empty pocketbook. I feel blessed to be here. I am glad I never had to shell out thousands of dollars for those schemes.
$5000.00 one time, Brenda. Do you think I was angry when the program turned out to be a great big steaming pile of Shih Tzu dog food? Well, I was! That was over ten years ago. I'm still mad about it. Wiser, but still angry.
Then I found Wealthy Affiliate.
Yeah. For sure. If that program was worth 5000, then WA is worth a million. The value here is unmatched by any other program in my estimation.

For sure. He got me. Here's the thing that really chapped my ashcan. I was trying to make headway at Affilorama at the time with no real success. I had a couple of sites up and had an Aweber autoresponder going, and I was in forums, but no traffic. THEN! Mark Ling introduces an upcoming guest Webinar speaker -- do you know who it was?!? Holy shipwreck! I sent an email to Mark telling him that if he was going to allow people like AS into his camp, I was out. So I abruptly quit Affilorama. Now I'm here... Like a sugar-crazed castaway on a dessert island. Grammarly is dying over that one.

I think that all of my stupid decisions, mistakes, crash and burns, toe stubs, and bad calls have led me here to finally succeed. It's looking pretty good.
That makes me smile.
Some folks just always seem to land in the perfect spot time and time again.
Then most of us have to land in the bad spots so many times many give up and move on. When one of us doesn't and finally has landed wrong so many times they finally land in the right spot it serves as an inspiration to the rest of us who often keep landing in the bad spots.
Appreciate your openness on the mistakes that are in your rear view mirror largely now.
