I will definitely take a look right now I am struggling with writing Content for my choose key word phrase so I can continue through the training and make 3 to 4 kay word rich posts each week so I can get high ranking in Google.

Eric, I suggest you go back and make a habit of proofreading your words to be sure you are spelling things correctly. It will give a more professional appearance to you as you become a respected source of information.
I suggest you go to Grammarly dot comma (no hot links here, dear are allowed if they take us off WA),
and install the FREE version. It is not always correct, but the spelling thing is usually correct. It will help you with your grammar with emails, posts, and responses. FREE!
Jay suggests 80% of posts have no commercial intent, no intent to sell anything. This will give you a high grade with Google.

Use your keyword phrase in the title of the post, once in the first paragraph, in the meta title, and once in the meta description. PERIOD. Then an interesting thing happens. You will rank for keywords that you were not trying to rank for.
