Hi guys,

I know I'm not here much so please forgive me my request. My training here at WA has allowed me to set up my own business as a freelancer. One of the drawbacks is that there are times when I take on a gig that I think will be a no-brainer only to find out that things are more complicated than they seem and it's hard to get technical support when you work for yourself!

Joomla/VIKBooking

Here's the technical bit:

I am trying to update Special Prices on a Joomla site for a new client through VIKBooking. The calendar is pre-filled with the 2020 weeks. But the days are incorrect. I'm trying to change the dates but keep getting an error message: Season with same dates and rooms already exists. Here's a screenshot:

I have tried a number of ways to fix this--none of which have worked so far including contacting the original site designer.

If anyone has worked with this system before, I would be grateful for any help here. I know this is probably a long shot but I don't want to let this client down.
