Follow the training

It seems like I heard that somewhere before. Well, I have been trying and trying but somehow I just keep missing the mark. Boy, does that get old!

But this morning I successfully followed Kyle's clear video, and added some affiliate links to my website.

AMAZED! EMBARRASSED! CONFIRMED! All of these words describe how I felt as I finally - FINALLY - figured out where I was missing the clear instructions on how to do this. Right now, I don't even know whether I am saying this correctly or not, but I finally got my singular affiliate linked. The training works!

Now I know that there's a lot more o learn. But I just confirmed (for me at least) that following the instructions really does work. Thanks, Kyle! And thanks to everyone else who has extended a kind and patient helping hand.

I will now try to learn the rather challenging matter of engaging following through social media. I know I can do it - if I follow the training! I look forward to developing my navigation better. So many of you are mastering this process, building beautiful and effectual sites, and I want to follow your examples.

So, I am excited, encouraged, and hopeful - and determined. As I say that, I knock on wood. Ha. Because the ebb and flow of these emotions are pretty much at play in my life most every day. I kind of suspect that I have a lot of company.

The good thing here at WA is that there is so much of that company care about my success as well as theirs.

I know this is short but I hope somebody will take heart and get a new burst of determination to finish the course. I remember a little chorus that goes, "Smilers never lose, and frowners never win."
