Yeah, what images. Where are you trying to add them and where aren't they showing up? Let us know in more detail exactly what is happening and where this is happening and we will give you a hand here Clare.
When I re-read my question, it does come across as rude! It wasn't meant to, so apologies for that.
I had done my first content page, published it and then put some images in after, i thought refreshing the page would add them! It hasn't and I don't know what to do now!
I took Diane's advice but there was nothing in there. I really know nothing about computers and I am thinking maybe I should give up!!
Because you might THINK you questions are simple when you really aren't giving us enough information to answer. If you want an answer, I would highly recommend you answer the requests for additional details by those who know more than you do to get your answer or your question will be forever unanswered.
Hi - if you mean that you want an image to appear at the side of each post on your homepage, that is called a featured image.
To check if your theme supports this, open up a post for editing in WordPress. Look to the right-hand side of the screen and scroll to the bottom. See if there is an option to add featured image.

Do you mean that you open someone's website link and the site is not secure...
Try this, close page and try again..
Make sure you are using the most up to date browser....
