my question is this if you found a very low-key sr4 say the Whataburger menu, and you name your website almost as good as the Whataburger menu would it still hit on the keywords when they searched

This is a mix of apples and oranges. Find generic menu names such as bestdeepfry menu as a guide.
You can't use trademarked names within another domain name, you will get sued very quickly.
