yes, have clear cache several times, even WA support has done it for me but still doesn't work. :(
do you know which is the best size to use?
yes, sometimes it does that. but then it gets stuck again, can't even click on menu or anything :(
thanks! I was worried because I'm going to add more products but got input from customers that they couldn't scroll down :(
It doesn't work on my iPhone, anyway... I hope it works for customers.
Thanks for the checking it!! Really appreciate it!
From a user experience, the menu typography looked a bit faded away, however when zoomed in seems fine. Thought I let you know.
You can try to change image size inside your post, right sidebar of your block editor, try choose a different size and see if you get a different result.

If it does, is it was to use? Is it worth to pay the 60 US?
Genesis framework works just fine. Whether it's worth the price is totally up to you. Ask yourself why you specifically want to use Genesis and its themes.
Thx! I found a theme I like but they say I need to have genesis framework, so i’m Wondering if really necessary or not to have it.
If you want to use a theme from Genesis, then you need to have their framework. It's the base of what their themes are built upon.
You only have to buy it once. So if you decide to change to another Genesis theme in the future, you won't need to buy the framework again, as you already have it.
Cheers!

Hi! I just started to setup my web shop but need to add terms and conditions and have no idea what to write there. any suggestion?
Hello Jenny,
Try to download a plugin called WP legal pages. Go to your dashboard then look for plugin, click on add new. Then type in WP legal pages.
You will just have to add the name of your business.
I hope that will help.
to add to this story:
Yes, you can find plenty of examples of other shops. If you plan to not get all sorts of claims on you and your shop is established, then it would be a good idea to hire some juristic person to check on your terms etc.
The world of making terms that anyone can read and nobody can make use of to claim a lot of money from you is where you need expert advise. That is though something you do when you are established and are having sales, not when you are just trying to build a shop.

could you google competitors in your niche and see what types of t's and c's they include.
We have a wedding stationary business and our t's and c's are all around how long orders take, what information we hold, what happens if there are any problems. how we handle refunds, complaints etc.
What we do not cover, etc.
Might be worth seeing what others have on their website and then you can see what you need to cover off.
hope that helps?
Hey Jenny,
There are loads of tutorials... and even blog post discussing this very topic that might offer you the help you seek. See screen print below to see how you can easily access these.
Hope you find this helpful.

Hey Jenny,
Personally, I found Carson's instructions invaluable Transferring Your Domains to WA - It's Now Possible! The email address part might be the email that you will be issued to verify that it is you who wants the site transferred.
If so, be sure to check the EXACT same address that you used to register your domain to find the verification email. I made that boo-boo and it took awhile before SiteSupport figured out where I was going wrong.
As to what happens to your email on another server that question would be best asked of SiteSupport: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Hope this helps you.

Before you start changing nameservers, make a backup of the content of your old site. Whether you do that by downloading it, using an export plugin or copy pasting the content to documents is up to you. I cannot tell by your story whether the previous site was made on WordPress or not.
The process is as follows:
1) backup of old site (NB: Images + text)
2) point nameservers
3) build site on SiteRubix
4) create email addresses for domain (they also go on WA)
5) add content to site from backup
6) build your new content too ;)
feel free to reply with more questions so I can help you further.
