This month's invoice had an issue identifying my payment source and in the process of solving it, I updated the credit card to the same number and caldholder information to see
WA will make 3 attempts to collect the monthly membership, afterwhich you will lose access to WA and your website(s) will go offline. WA will keep a backup of your website(s) for up to 60 days.
I suggest you contact the Site Support or send a PM to Kyle. Try the Site Support first.

Do you have a paypal account, perhaps you'd like to change your payment source to that, and try again.

I have a PayPal account, but in Colombia there are a lot of restrictions to link a credit card as a source.
I am relying on a different virtual wallet that allows me here to add money to that account, but it seems to have bugs lately. I hope there is an update for that.
