First Step In The Journey
This is the first time that I upgraded to the Premium Membership of Wealthy Affiliate. This is the first time that I actually pay online for a membership. However, I know that investing in yourself is the type of investment worth investing in, and getting Premium Membership at WA fits in that type.
Now being the first month (and probably the only one in a long time with Premium) I know that there is a lot of tasks and improvements to be done about my website and a lot to familiarize with the whole platform and its tools.
I am going to take my time but make every second count on this membership, the first thing being this first blog post.
And then it would be to continue on to the Online Entrepreneur Certificate Training. 40 Lessons left and one month left until membership is over.
A Little About My Current Status
I decided to go on a trip for international cultural exchange for the first semester of 2020 and after all, it did not turn to be that way. A pandemic started to arise across the world and many programs to travel abroad were canceled. The one that I was in was one of the many that got canceled.
For this trip to happen I had to take one semester off from university. So now I am in quarantine in my parents' house with free time to the rooftop. Eventually I had to do something productive, so I began to look for online business making and this is how I got here.
I am a student of Engineering, close to graduation. 22 years old as I am writing this blog post (in the page after upgrading the membership to Premium), and this is my first blog post in the WA Blog.
This is the first time that I take action towards a website platform, and actually the only platform I know of.
There was a little struggle trying to find the resources to get the Premium Membership. Frankly I had to ask for a friend to lend me (as I was not working I had no savings to invest on this membership).
And I am not thinking in relying on borrowing from friends, so maybe after pandemic contention measures soften I may apply for a part-time job at my university and fund my membership with those earnings.
But anyway, as of this month, this is my first investment and the one of many for a profitable and helpful online business. It is like the first drop of water for a little plant on the ground (I had to fit an analogy to the cover image somewhere :)).
Needless to say, I am going to make this month worth of learning and growth around this platform, for the full capacity that this offers to its users.
