Stress levels are very tricky to detect. We are often stressed and don't even realize it.

Stress changes our hormonal balance for the worse. I take a walk to relieve stress

Stress can kill, that is why we have to keep it under control.

I read a book in the morning, meditate while I Journal, and I watch a good movie before I go to sleep.
