This morning, as I began checking emails, I found a response to a comment I had made on a WA post. I am not going to mention who wrote the comment. She will know who she is. I do, however, want to say. "Thank you for your thoughtfulness."
This person had 4 choices of actions after reading my comment. She could have replied in reference to the comment, hit the like button, replied and hit the like button or done nothing. She created a 5th option.
After reading my comment, this WAer took the time to go to my profile. I haven't actually taken the time to look at my WA profile in a long time. She noticed that there were no social media links up. Then, she took the time to write a message letting me know that there were no links on my profile suggesting that I add links so that she could follow me.
We all have experienced support from this community in one way or another. This person moved well beyond support by offering a suggestion which will make a huge change to the way I present myself at WA. I wrote my profile the day I joined WA. I don't think I have thought about it since. What a wonderful way to help me keep on fishin'. Thanks.
