Thanks everyone for the quick, detailed answers about how to cash out cash credits. This community really is amazing. I learned through all your answers. As it turns out, I was assuming that, when I moved the slide and clicked the green button, the transfer was instantaneous so I left the page immediately. Leaving credit dashboard terminates the transaction if it hasn't completed. When I waited around, the transaction went just fine after an interminable wait of 2.5 seconds. Thanks again for all your help. It pays to be patient when you Keep on fishin'!
