Hi everyone! I am going full time my business. Dr. Gala Health is a holistic health and life coaching service for women 40 and older interested in preparing for or recovering from menopause.

I've been working on this project for the past few years alongside my 9-5 job. But now that it's ready to take off, the website has finally launched; there are many testimonials from satisfied clients, now I am fully committed and making it happen. Before, it was challenging balancing work and personal time and being an entrepreneur at heart while trying not to get too discouraged by the difficulties.
