ill suggest you write out your content for the two sites first i.e. if you can have 10 or 5 topics ready for each blog. this shows that you really have the interest. if the opposite is the case then maybe you have more knowledge to acquire on your niches. most of the time we are
told to provide content we don't have - and this learning does take time. you just need to give realize that.

I vote for the first--you will never run out of topics to write about.

I reread your post, which one do you think fits you best? I think if you do not personally like a topic, you will not be motivated to do it. Because this is long term,there is no fast money on either. So do one you will enjoy a lot for a long time.

2) hard to say, there are so many different services. I believe to get an accurate answer you need to be more specific. But in general if this service is very important to me and I cannot do it myself, then YES

Many years ago they used to be a site called products in the rough actually that may not have been the name of the site but it was the name of the product and they sold each month about 10,000 words on a subject, what I particularly remember is how to train boxer dogs. They included keyword research and competition I can't remember how much they charge for it but it wasn't much and with about two hours work you had a fully functioning report which was saleable
