SkyPilot: so good, they just might call it cheating.
The amount of online information is staggering!
That makes it harder for you to find the right information you need, to the questions you have. And I'm not talking about the questions questions like
We mean the questions are sometimes TOO specific to answer with a simple google search and a click on the first link.
The problem with most search engines today are what I like to call "click it, and quit it."
Modern search engines have become too focused on becoming recognition platforms. As you all know, Google is an algorithm based search engine whose primary focus is keywords.
With everyone SCRAMBLING to rank high with Google search keywords, website's primary focus have become to get you to click their link first, by offering quick bite sized pieces of info that seemingly answer your question, but is really just the same recycled content from other "click it, and quit it" type websites. This further obscures the content you need from various sources, underneath the heap of a mediocre mess.
SkyPilot offers a platform for people who have questions, and want to dive in a little deeper than a Google search, but find themselves overwhelmed at the amount of options available to them.
SkyPilot is not yet open for public use, as I am still tweaking the details out, but today I would like to offer my WA premium family the special opportunity to be the first ones to use SkyPilot, and provide me feedback.
How it works
I find that most questions are either how, why, what, or about, questions. Email whatever you want to know at skypackage@betheskypilot.com, and I will send a SkyPackage to the first five people that write me with their inquiries
Examples:
I would like to know how [...]
I want to learn why [...]
I need to know what [...]
I'd like to find out about [...]
What is in a SkyPackage?
A sky package will vary from person to person since it is custom tailored to the person's specific needs, but generally a SkyPackage will include.
-Glossary with key terms you need to know to help give you a firm grasp on your topic
- Information from VARIOUS sources to give you a more in depth well rounded research experience than that of Google, or a mainstream search engine experience. (Sources are always listed so you know where the information comes from)
-Useful resources to help you along further in your research.
-Current events related to your topic
-Advertisements tailored to fit what is relevant to you, and offer you the most tools to expand your brian horizons.
-The most personalized research and learning experience to date.
All for free. All I ask in return, is if you had a positive experience with SkyPilot, is to write me a testimonial describing the value of our service, and a short survey designed to help me work out the kinks and deliver the internet its first accessible and quick research (not search) engine platform.
If you are interested in being some of the first individuals in trying out what I think can be one of the most effective learning platforms the internet has to offer, email your topic of interest/question in a similar format as described above, and please entail in the email 1) How quick you need results 2) the level of detail of results.
For Example:
-How quick do you need results from 1-5? (5 being ASAP, or 1 being not soon at all)
-How much detail do you need in your results from 1-5? (5 being very detailed, and 1 being just enough to cover the basics)
Response time will vary.
The first 6 people to email me will get priority over everybody else.
