My wageboosters has had 819 visitors but have none engage ?

I see that your website only has two posts, which is not very many! You said 819 visits, so I'm guessing that this is either total since the start of the website, or for the last 30 days. Once you account for spam visits from bots and visits from WA people, your actual visitor count probably isn't that many per day.
Then it all comes down to stats. If you only have 10 visits a day, and 10% of people that find your website click to your WA review, then 10% of people on your WA review create a starter account, people that sign up are going to be relatively small in comparison.
I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong, but you just don't have much data to work with at this point.
Here's a good post for you: Ways To Increase Affiliate Bootcamp Conversions Keep trying to get more traffic (creating more content) and you will see visitors and conversions increase.
