The Secret To Writing Blog Posts Everyday

You will be the first to hear it from me, I ain't no writer! Maybe you're not either, so what do people like us do?

If your the kind of person who needs a road map, or at least some structure to get going, you're in luck.

I'm a very visual and creative person so my mind is running ten miles ahead of me at any given moment in time. Moving into the world of blogging I soon discovered that if I was going to survive and thrive, I better find a process that can pull me back into the "now" and get me focused on the task at hand.

Of course I jumped on the internet to "solve my problem" which is really the only reason to be on the internet. Our readers/customers are looking for information, products and solutions to solve their imediate need.

I'm not sure if funny cats really solve a problem but it can sure help you lighten up and get through the day that started with you eggs sliding off your plate onto the floor.

So, let's get this figured out once and for all...I have put together a simple step by step process that helps me write better and much quicker. Oh, I also use this when I need to write a speech or do a radio interview. I hope this helps you as well.

Step 1 Everything Needs An Introduction – this is very important as you have to determine what the problem is that your reader needs to fix. You need to explain how you came across this problem and let them know you are going to address that very issue.

What are the FAQ's that your industry or niche already exist as a way to present solutions and products to fix their issue. Why are they on the internet, what is their question and how are you going to provide a solution to their need.

Step 2 Your Answer To The Problem - At this point in the blog you have two things to accomplish here. Give them a quick answer so that if they are pressed for time they can grab the solution and run with it.

Step 3 You Have This Problem Also, Tell Me About It - Now, for those who want to stay around or just started that fresh cup of coffee we need to provide an example.

You see this in infomercials all the time, we all learn better with an example that we can relate to and understand. "So and so lost 5,000 pounds threading needles for 20 minutes a day, and so can you!" Tell me what happened to you and how you found a solution "our" problem. No details, just the quick facts please.

Step 4 Digging Deeper Into The Issue - This is the place where you show them that you're the expert here and they can count on you to let them in on the secret as to how this can further solve their problem.

Provide details here that can really address the problem and let them know how you can fix this issue. Time to strut your stuff, let them know that this is the heart of the matter and you are the one they've been looking for all these years.

Step 5 Closing Out The Story & Your Call To Action - This is the fun part! Remember in step 1 when you identified the problem and you told them how you came across this problem and you let them know you were going to fix that very issue?

This is the place where you tell them the end of your story and give them the next action step (Call To Action) to take and how your solution, product or service is the answer they were looking for, then you have the opportunity to turn them in to a loyal customer, maybe even a repeat customer down the road.

Ok, I don't want to simplify this too much as this process will take some work on your behalf. But, at least you have a path to walk down and you can do your own research, add or delete steps that work for you so that it's a painless as possible.

So, pick up your pen, move your mouse and get busy creating solutions to the problems that people are having in your business. Your potential customers, your bank account and Google will love you for it.
