I have been meditating for over twenty years, I have a degree in Metaphysics and also teach meditation classes locally in Colorado.
I’m sure I am a meditation coach and trainer today because that’s what was planned for my life. I believe the things I’ve experienced have made me better able to understand my clients and their needs.
Without boring you to tears I have lived with many issues that you most likely have as well like abuse, anxiety, chronic pain and illness, dependency, irrational fears, phobias, low self-esteem, low productivity, unhappy relationships and the list goes on for almost all of us.
But we don’t live with dysfunctions all the time.. There are also times of closeness, love, peace and joy which you can build a new life upon. You just need a process to leverage the good times more often in your life. That’s where a meditation coach can help you.
Through the years I tried just about every personal development program course on the planet, the problem was that I believed that the answer was out side of me, I wanted someone to fix me. What I discovered was that everything I needed was inside of me. Ok, you have heard that as well, the part that is missing is the process, the “how to” that I never could understand.
Years ago I discovered that meditation was the key to begin the work from the inside out.
I started with a simple path, then got complicated, then got simple again. So, full circle on the Self-Improvement Marry Go Round always reaching for the “Golden Ring” that seemed to be just outside my grasp. You know the feeling don’t you.
So, here’s the deal, I found out that it’s not only a simple process a few years ago, it is easy, quick and has been around for over 4,000 years and anyone, even a beginner can do this. I also believe that what I have learned which can easily be passed on to you could lead the entire planet to a new level of consciousness. It’s like the meditation was waiting for the 21st century to appear yet it’s been here and practiced for over 4,000 years.
It's called Zazen and you can find out more about this technique by Googling "zazen" if you are interested.
Here's a very good "how To" from WikiHow for you to explore...
