Hey Dave,
In the "good ole days" you would definitely be able to use Photoshop to create a template for your website. However, when using WordPress the Divi theme you have installed is your template, so there is no need to do any coding whatsoever.

Well, I was not sure how if I needed to slice and dice the design to fit inside the boxes, and with fixed with I guess it will not scale. We shall see. Thank you for touching base Triblu.
Those boxes that now appear in the WordPress v5 edit window is "supposed" to make it easier for newbies to work with WordPress. They are not meant to hold different pieces of a picture if that was your thinking.
