My next goal that I was working toward was to gain 500 plus followers. I have met that goal. The greatest thing about having followers is that you can work as a team. Having followers is not about you but about the team. We can all work together to encourage one another. We must all be team players. Thanks everyone.

Setting goals are great. It gives you something to work towards and keeps you on track. Having no goals is like having no target and just shooting at random with hopes of hitting something.
