Hey DMacTavish!

Can I use my purchased domain to change its purpose? I changed my mind and would like to use it as an affiliate program site. I have deleted my pages but they do no go away whe
I am unsure. How would i tell?
I only want to delete and start over because the training did not show how to built content, where to advertise/find products. For example it is easy to pick a niche(lets say furniture) but we are not told what pages should be there for content and what is within them.
Its entirely up to you what you consider will be good content for your site.
Lets take furniture as an example.
What kind of furniture, where in the house is it for - living room, bedroom, kitchen etc etc.
Will it be real wood.
Will it be antique?
What are the styles?
How much will it cost?
Who will supply it?
All these would be separate pages/posts.
As for your previous pages being deleted permanently.
When you are in the Pages Section showing all of them
once you have ticked the boxes and confined them to trash you click on trash and there you have them again
Again you tick all the boxes then choose - delete permanently.
You will most likely have to delete that site URL from Webmasters and Analytics as well.

Is there anyone with experience in content building for an affordable furniture niche?
During the training, we had to chose a niche prior to even knowing how it would mak
I don't have experience in the field.
Here would be my thought process. You may want to narrow down the broad furniture market to some thing more specific. Is it IKEA or some other brand. Is it indoor, patio, kitchen, lounge, bedroom furniture.
Before you sell you want to share some experiences and build some relationship with potential buyers.
Things that may be obvious that you start writing about are, what is furniture or the specific one you chose, why do we need it/functions of the furniture. What are the different types, sources and common outlets.
What causes wear and tear in the furniture (children, weather, quality), how often should you replace furniture. At this point you can introduce your sources or downstream sellers /affiliates.
For each of these you should do some keyword research and article research. Ask you friends about their experiences and share your findings.
All experts started from a point of learning. With time you can become an authority on this.
Great advice!
How does one find downstream sellers/affiliates for their niche? That could help me narrow it down alot.
You can search on google or you setup google alerts with the key words. Here is a quick guide to doing it. How to Find Relevant Affiliate Programs and another one. How to Find New Affiliate Programs Using Google Alerts
