Four months in
Well, I took almost a month off from here due to moving and having an increase in bills last month, but now that I've gotten back on track again, I once again paid for my premium membership so I can continue on. Here's why:
1. Before I came across WA, my website looked very amateur and unprofessional. The information I learned here has allowed me to have a website I am actually proud of.
2. While I haven't made any money off of affiliate programs just yet, the confidence in my website has spilled over into confidence in my business itself...and my business IS growing and making me money as a result of that confidence.
3. The growth of my business has given me a new sense of direction and focus, as well as hope and excitement.
4. People notice when you are working hard towards a dream and that enthusiasm is contagious and inspires others. Doors start to open. I've had other businesses notice what I've been up to and ask me to help them start a kid's night. I've been contacted by some schools and camps. I got to work for the city painting faces for an Egg Hunt. I was hired to work at a festival. I've started doing canvas painting parties, some of which were inspired by ideas I got from checking out the websites of other WA members. Several people have been eager to brainstorm with me, and those who are successful business owners are reaching out to help me succeed. I am very grateful for the support I'm receiving both here and out in the community as a result of what I have learned here.
5. People have also commented that they are impressed with my website and blog posts and have asked me to help them with their endeavors. Recently I have been asked to help a non-profit organization that goes into schools to help prevent drug addiction to get their blog started.
So basically when I joined WA, I started a journey that has been quite an interesting and pleasantly surprising adventure. So much has happened over the past 4 months...I can't wait to see where it takes me over the next 4 months and after a year!

I feel like that too about my business. I just joined FABA TV (if you are not a facepaiinter you won't know what this is, don't worry). It's exciting isn't it?
I won a free week of FABA TV at the FABAIC but I haven't used it yet because I've been super busy lately. I was pretty excited to win it though - can't wait to use it!
Glad you are back and with a much more driven attitude towards success. Congrats on getting the job to help at Kid's Night with facepainting. etc. as well as help with the non-profits and schools. I can see this leading into a fundraising business too.
