It's All Coming Together
Figuring out how WA works as a business plan really didn't start making sense to me until I started interacting more with the community itself. Watching people put up blogs, help others, and leave comments on sites really made this all make sense to me
We help ourselves by helping others
The internet is a big place and there's tons of business to be had and developed. The best way to get there is to build a network of people to build you up, while you continue to build them up as well.
Site Comments are an invaluable resource that drives traffic and interactions to your site which algorithms love to see. Build up your site and make it more appealing to the people on WA before bringing it out to the real world. This is how you learn what works, what looks good to viewers, and what reads well for your audience.
Site Health was a stat that I did not understand until about a week ago. Google and other engines don't want to recommend a site that has nothing but ads because nobody will stay on a site like that very long anyways. What makes the people stay there longer, therefore generating more clicks and impressions? Good content! Get your site trust up by using authority and experts in your posts and content. The more you research and put time into your content, the more google will reward you. People notice these things and you can't take shortcuts around it.
Trainings are someting we at WA can't take for granted. This community is full of people who know what they're doing and they still watch the training videos and webinars regularly. That's because the best learners never stop learning so as beginners it's important
not to get cocky and understand that we can keep learning and doing the training is the best way for us to do just that. I pace myself with one or two courses a day depending on what they are. I like to take notes and follow them to the letter because the people who made them obviously understand the business better than I do. If I want to surpass them, why not use the shortcuts they've created for me?Lastly, Site Content is our biggest tool towards making money. How do we create content that can pay the bills and also fulfill the requirements mentioned above? We need to make sure we listen to the feedback we get and work with it to increase our site health, therefore seeming more appealing to Google. Writing consistently and following the training will give you a lot of content that is related by your niche but also the products you promote. After you have that base down, it becomes about keeping people in your site with different pieces of content generating clicks to different areas of your niche until they find something they like.
In truth, it's all related
And that's what I think WA is good at teaching us. This isn't a bunch of disjointed tools with similar goals. We have been given an interconnected group of tools with a single goal. Every check point on the training leads to a realized business that you can make money off of. The time it takes can feel harsh but the little goals you'll meet along the way make it worth it.
