Can I Really Compete With The Big Companies With My WA Education?

Way back in the days when I was a much younger man, martial arts was my obsession.

I was fortunate to train with a man whom I believe to be one of the best martial artists in the world.

My friends and I stumbled upon him accidently when looking for a kung fu school.

He was teaching in the back of a rinky-dink garage. He definitely was not in it for the money (no contracts, just paid monthly if we decided to go). Our first class he said we would just do the warm up and sit and watch after that.

My friends and I thought that was lousy because why just do a warm up and then not be able to get into the good stuff? Let me just say this, I praying for that warm-up session to be over and one of my friends had to run off the floor.

So without getting into the long history of how our training progressed there and how we adapted to the new styles that were being made available at that time, we were invited to represent the East Coast to come to the West Coast in a major Savate competition.

We were there a week before the night of the fights and at that place were famous martial artist whom were some of my hero's (ever hear of Dan Inosanto or Benny the Jet?). Well to my surprise, we were winning our fights!

Here I was at first thinking, “These are the big boys! All these people must be so much better than me.” But when the gloves went on, I found that all my hard training really paid off. We were given good recognition. Needless to say I was blown away that we were going toe to toe with the "big boys".

That brings me to Wealthy Affiliates. What are you thinking of yourself right now? Are you thinking “Well maybe I can create something but I will never be able to compete with the big companies out there.” Or “I will probably never
get a first page ranking,” or even “I probably won’t be able to do this.”

Well let me tell you this, if you truly put your heart into this, you have all the tools here at WA to compete with the everyone out there. Do not doubt yourself! I agree with Nathaniell’s blog post “You Don’t Have To Be Smart To Make Money Online.”

You just need to be determined and NOT GIVE UP! The more you study, the more natural this will become. Then one day you will be able to say “I can get into the ring and go toe-to-toe with the Internet thanks to my training!”

I know this will happen for me, and I know it will happen for you!
