Are You Where You Thought You Would Be By Now?
Hello All. So I have been here a little over three months now and I can tell you I am not where I was hoping I would be. For myself I attribute that to one word: life.
Yes, life seems to have its own plans for us at times. I refer to these plans as storms because that is how they have been for me. One storm after an other (with a hurricane or two in there). Sometimes these storms can leave us feeling battered.
So I guess it is time for me to fold up shop. I calling it quits. Yup, I'm not where I thought I would be so that must mean it is me and that I am not really cut out for this. Since I have not had the success that I thought I would by this point then it is time for me to throw in the towel.
Have you thought this way? I truly do sometimes. But as I said, life has plans for us and they are not all storms. The good Book says life goes through seasons. There will always be storms but there will also those great sunny days as well!
So am I really throwing in the towel? No way! There is too much of a great opportunity here. It is ok that I am not where I thought I would be. I just need to readjust and keep moving ahead. I finally finished another lesson and got WA onto my social sites which was a challenge for me. I found out this week that I have been leaving all my posts as uncategorized. But I am learning!
So let me know if you are not where you thought you would be. Maybe you are way ahead of your schedule. That would be great to hear about as well. But for all those who are far behind where they thought they would be that is ok! This is your life and you can readjust your plans. Just don't quit and keep moving forward!

Thanks Max (or do you prefer David?).
As long as you are working on it that is good. I do what I can when I can. The time will come when it turns into success. I look forward to hearing of your successes!
Thank you I do not mind either and I look forward to seeing you at the top all the best Max
I really didn't know where I'd be. I had no idea what to expect. Not really sure I even know where I really am right now. Geoff.
Hi Robert, thanks for reading! I know how you feel!
There seems like an ocean of information to learn. But I think that is my problem. I want to drink the whole ocean at once and then I get sidetracked.
I know you are going to do well here!
I feel the same. I am not where I thought I would be, 5 months in, but I am going in the right direction and If someone said give it up now, I know I couldn't... So onwards and upwards. Thanks for your great words!
Thanks Ruth! As long as we keep moving forwards we are doing the right thing! No education is ever wasted. I look forward to hearing your successes!
Thanks Jude! We can never give up! Sometimes we are turned in a different direction because that is the real way we are supposed to go and we won't realize that until we get there! :-)
Hi buddy - I honestly I though tha I would make my site and then the orders would start to come in so started in October and thought well
Around Christmas it will start but I did not realize that there was so many things to learn and fix my site so it has been a huge learning curve and my wife was shouting at me that I was wasting my time and she would the laptop away but I continued and the first sale came in just after Christmas and then next in new year but still working and getting my site better learning and trying and now last night another order and and order for March so it is now starting so four months has passed and now I see that it is working so never give
Up !!??
Thanks for reading Paul!
I know just how you feel! Since we had a baby this past year and have taken over much more at home and we home school our children. So my wife sometimes think this takes too much time (when I tell her I am not giving it the real time it needs).
I know one day I will get things up and running as long as I don't give up.
I am glad you made some sales! That shows you are on the right road! I can't wait to hear more of your success stories!
Thank you my friend and it is very hard for the wife just hang in there together and it will work
Never keep up. I learned the hard way and actually gave up on Affiliate marketingwith another program. Worst mistake I made. Keep pressing on!!!
Thanks for reading John! So you tried another program and that didn't work?
I know it is hard pressing on but we can (and will) do it. We just have to allow for the unexpected things not to throw us off the boat!

Well that is a good question for some to ponder on but not for me.I got involved bc of , well just read my profile and you'll understand why, but back to your question. I'm just as anxious if not somewhat impatient at times but with WA and my future, I'm trying to go as quickly but as thoroughly as possible.
I have a multitude of Distraction Barriers, with all these questions about blogs and trainings and emails being a big part of it. So I'm not setting a fixed schedule bc I'll just keep knocking myself out with disappointment. I've been here coming on 1 month now and as long as I make my first 100,000$ by next Tuesday at 11:00 am, I'll be happy. LOL
Let's all just keep plugging away and we'll get there. Thanks again for your enlightening blog.
Hi Gary, thanks for the comment!
I am waiting my first $100,000 as well by tonight, but that hasn't rolled in either! ;-)
I think that if we put too much pressure on ourselves then we set ourselves up for failure. But if we are able to readjust then we will do just fine.
I look forward to following you and seeing your future successes!
I will tell you the same thing I tell myself: DON'T GIVE UP! It is ok to slow down and I think I may have found a niche I am interested in so I am going to begin the certification courses along side where I am with the bootcamp (which is not very far).
Thanks again for reading and leaving a comment!
