So, today I am going to discuss how to create and add something unique to your posts that no other website will have.

And that is what Google is looking for - bringing something new to the internet, not just a rewrite of what is already out there.

I actually wrote about this previously, but looking back, I didn't give you the actual process of how to do it.

Let's follow the steps.

As it is Burns Night here in the UK, I will pretend I have a post about Scotland.

We are going to use ChatGPT, but let's think of a topic first.

I am going with Wildlife in Scotland.

Now, use the following prompt:

Create a table using HTML that can be copied directly into WordPress on the topic of Wildlife in Scotland. Display the diverse wildlife found in Scotland, including the Highland cow, red deer, puffins, and the Scottish wildcat. Mention their habitats and conservation status. Include a catchy heading within the table H2 size. Add a footer within the table that says Brought to You by mydomain.com. Use color and emojis within the header, body, and footer.

Obviously, the words in bold are the ones you would replace with your own ideas and domain name.

This is what ChatGPT will output.

The code should always end with </table>, then you know it's complete.

Now at the top of the first screenshot, you will see Copy Code, so that's what you need to do, just click that!

Next head over to your post in WordPress (not Site Content).

Open up a Custom HTML block wherever you want the table to show up.

Simply paste the ChatGPT code where it says Write HTML.

Next, click Preview, to see how it looks.

If you are not happy with it, for example, I would want the Header to be in the center, then either ask ChatGPT to do it again or if you have some knowledge of HTML, you can do it yourself.

So, there you go, something genuinely unique to engage visitors and it will perhaps encourage other websites to share the post, to give you backlinks!

Thanks for reading, I hope you learned something new, why not update some of your older posts?

That is awesome! Thanks again for sharing your wisdom and experience with us! I have absolutely no experience with HTML, but your post not only helps me to better understand it, but how to use AI to assist in creating HTML code for content such as the table example you provided here.

Very interesting and sound advice on how to do this Diane!

But... I can't believe I have actually read a prompt of yours which wants to include emojis!!!

What is the world coming to??

๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿท๐Ÿท๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž

whatever table you create make sure it is formatted correctly for mobile usage...
don't make it too wide and make sure it can be read....
but thanks for the training Diane...
you can ask for a line under the headings...and lines down each column to make it stand out...
use your brand colours and you can have it as a downloadable freebie....

Thanks, Phil, good points!

something specific about the table though and the conservation status of animals: always check that in Google, because AI has been giving me lots of mistakes before, just so you know ;-)

Lol, I know nothing about Scottish animals, but yes, in the real world, I would always check the facts!

you never know , I don't know you personally haha!

Hi, Diane

I just ask ChatGPT to โ€œcreate a table on (a particular subject)โ€ and then copy and paste it directly into a paragraph prompt in the Block Editor.

The Block Editor automatically changes it from a paragraph block to a table block because it reads the HTML code.

Itโ€™s easier to modify the table in Wordpress by skipping the Custom HTML step in the Block Editor. I can add or delete rows and columns, change the background color of the table, etc., all without messing with HTML code.

Am I missing something in terms of a ranking advantage?

I love your idea of putting the domain name in the table caption. ๐Ÿ‘

Rock On! ๐Ÿค˜
Frank ๐ŸŽธ

No reason, other than I didn't know you could do it in the way you describe!

Hi Diane

Here's an example, which is so me! Haha

Keep On Rockin! ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿฆ‚
Frank ๐ŸŽธ

Pretty awesome outcome!

Thank you for sharing

oh yeah, I do this with even the free version of chat GPT, it catches the eye! https://africafevers.com/exploring-the-incredible-facts-on-the-african-jackal-buzzard-a-flight-over-the-savanna/
And I don't know anything about html, I just ask chatgpt to create a table that I can easily implement in my wordpress and it automaticly gives me the right settings :-)

although not that colorful of course in the free version. Using these things and catchy graphics is where the competition definitely beats me at the moment, apart from their higher DA obviously, but we'll get to the payed version of chatGPT one day haha
