Bit.ly or using Pretty Link (the WP plugin mentioned earlier) would be best IMO.
Yes, that's the one. Lite is the free version which has pretty much everything you need. The paid one isn't really necessary.
I use Pretty Link (a free WordPress plugin) to customize my affiliate links. It's great because it keeps stats so you can see how many times your links are being clicked.

Yes pretty link, you can add your affiliate link in the form, and then the form gives automattically a number, you can change that number into a word.
Per example:
Your affiliate link is
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/a19437u27620
added to pretty link it becomes
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/1470
then change the 1470 to
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/campaign
or Jaaxy or Namecheap or something more appealing
