Can I use the same content on both websites or wil it ruin my rankings ?
I don't personally know how making two websites would affect rankings, so I hope someone else can answer this. I do however know number of WA members have added a google translate widget to their websites so it can be translated into multiple languages. I remember seeing a training posted on it a few days ago. This may be an option to look into, and could save you time too.

I think because you can have your site translated, there should be no need to have duplicate contents.

Are you referring to the WA blog, if so you go to your own profile you should see your own blog there.
