Carbs may be dangerous
I was going through this documentary during my research. I found that, consuming too much carbs can make you hungry faster, leading you to weight gain and it also raise your glucose level that is not great, if you are a diabetic/obisity patient.
But carbs is one of the main macro nutrients to fuel your body, which can't be ignored. It is really good for those who needs lot of energy through out the day. So just be mindful on how much you take it. Mostly for those who can't metabolise lots of cards intake.
Too much of anything is not so beneficial!

You do not need carbs at all if you have high-quality proteins in your food because of the body's ability to produce the required carbs.
Yaaa thats is so true. But if your body can metabolise those carbs, and if you do lots of workouts then it is highly recommended though.๐Thanks for your comment and for sharing your knowledge.

Very true, I need to gain weight myself. I like to add another 10 pounds, so need to eat more carbs I guess.

Yaa defenately you should give it a try but remember not to consume lots of carbs from processed and fast foods/junk foods. Need to be really careful. ๐ And thanks for your warm welcome.
