Just Rambling!
Have you ever notice when walking by others they seem to look down at the floor as if they've dropped something? Unfortunately, they either don't want to speak or they're just a rude person altogether.
However, I believe in always speaking and being nice to anybody I encounter because God made us that way. Although it's easier for some to just walk by you looking down at the floor because of who they are, it's best to always acknowledge others because you never know who you'll need one day.

I think a lot of people do this as they are nervous about confronting others, or don't want to feel like they are staring. Part of this is simply being shy, and though I do video here all the time, I lean more towards the introvert side of things (so I can relate to this).
