In the keyword search lesson, Kyle talks about going to google and after punching in a key word to search, you should see a number of searches. For instance 1 of 300,000 search
You go to Jaaxy to check the number of searches, not Google. Jaaxy can be accessed by clicking on "Research" in the left hand menu :)
Why doesn't my google show number of searches?

For me google doesn´t show numbers eiher. Maybe in training video search is older version.
Have you ever tested this: https://trends.google.com/trends/
It gives some also information from keywords.

Why does my privacy page show the comment section?
You have to do a Quick Edit for that page on WordPress and uncheck the box for comments.
You need to turn that option off - go to your dashboard - open your page (editor) and below that you'll see Comments and Trackbacks - tic Comments off.
Where is that comment section that I need to check off? I'm in the edit of the page. Where is that box? If it's on the bottom, I only show title, description, keywords, custom canonical, noindex this page/post, unfollow this page/post & disable on this page/post.
As Frank mentioed you can go to your dashboard open Pages - Find your privacy page and hover your cursor over the title and then click on Quick Edit - there you're see where you can turn off comments.
