What image size you use in WordPress header? Does best size depent from theme?

It all depends on the theme you use, normally when you go to your WordPress admin --- Customize ----- Header it says what the right size is for your header.

I checked that and it says 160x36 pixels. Could it be this small?
I´m using OnePress theme.
yes ,is can vary from theme to theme. If you are not happy with the way it looks then you can change your theme till you are satisfied :-)
