Silence
Sometimes we have to revert to the old-fashion way of doing things.'New brooms sweep clean, but an old broom knows the corners.'
Today I spent about an hour in line waiting for a customer service agent. Have you ever found yourself hearing a stupid conversation begging for silence?
My words of advice to persons who care about your image;
People are listening. People will judge you based on what comes out of your mouth.

That is so true, why even though some people are annoying to me I keep silent. Just yesterday my first time out after a stroke went did my grocery shopping and teenagers made comments about my hair and heard them say ugly things about me.
I cut all my hair off, just about shaved it and don't remember! Doctors told my family that it is normal with stroke patients as they think it causes headaches.
This goes back to your statement about the way people judge no matter what.

I just solve problems with companies by going on social media and stating the problem if contacting them gets nowhere. Amazing how fast they call you or respond to that email they ignored when its how there for the world to see.
