Three Years Have Passed - Can I Pickup from Here? Should I?
I have not been on here for over three years, and decided to see if I still had access. As I go through my account I read something that makes me realize I am in a different place now. What I read was....YES, I am still active here as a premium and YES, I did cancel my membership BUT tnen I see this...
Your Premium membership is set to close on May 14, 2025.With that I wonder should I use the next ten months to make a new goal for myself and see if I can make back enough to renew my premium status next year of $299 and maybe try to double it as further incentive or is it time to say "Goodbye" to my friends here who have supported me and my posts and ask for a refund to move on.
Time to Face Reality...It is a different time. I am in a different place. Yet, I am still passionate about helping people struggling an d helping them. The website I built through this platform on Wise Budgeting with Donna lapsed and no longer exists. I don't want to activate a renewal and resubscribe or even upgrade at this point.
Three Years Have Passed - Can I Still Make a Go of this? Should I?I am asking all of you if you have ever been in this situation or pondering a decision. Wondering if you should continue with something you were once passionate about doing, but still interested in the topic. Perhaps it is time to move on, try new avenues and continue my blogging here to show others that even though we may outgrow things we try in the past - all was not a loss but merely a steppingstone to a bigger, brighter future.
Now Folks, Take A Moment, if You Will...Share your thoughts and comment back - have you ever been faced with this type situation? I am retired now, and really my topic is 'wise budgeting'. Wise budgeting is being able to make choices, cut costs where needed, and make wise decisions with our finances.
In conclusion, I want to thank all of you for listening and commenting here. It will help me in making the right decision for me.

I'm going to put myself in your shoes. I'll soon be retiring, so here is my thinking. I have a coffee subscription for $72/2 months and Prime for $199/year. I also have two vehicles—one for summer and one for winter (and for transporting my buddy, Chip). If I drop the subscriptions and a car, I'll save $1230.00/year. Decision made. It's stay.
