Even though i have those capabilities on both my desktop and my laptop, I installed LightShot - it allows me to use my mouse and add things to the images before i save the screenshot. Very flexible and easy to use:

Have you tried hitting the print screen button and then pasting into Paint? That's how screenshots work for me.
After the screen shot is in paint, how do you resize the screen and how do you get the screen shot into your website or to WordPress?

You can also hold the windows key and press prt sc. The screen will flash, and will instantly go to your screenshots folder.

Hi everyone
I have just started having problems with my drop down menu. When I click on the main menu for it to drop down it just keeps loading up the main menu page and
Sorry everyone back on this for a moment, I have managed to add a plugin to my theme which has allowed me to add the drop down menu.... however where I have put posts under a category and used the category as the drop down menu, I get a massive box at the top of the page saying: Category: Themes
http://perfecthenparty.com/category/themes
Is there a way to get rid of this as to me it looks ugly and I'm sure it never used to do that?
Hi Dawn, Just so you know, you don't need a plugin to create drop down menus, check this video out: Creating A Review Menu Tab With Drop Down Categories But not all themes support this method. I hope this helps!
Hi Stuart I think the problem was my theme. Having got round that the massive post across the top of the drop down menus just looks awful I'm feeling a bit stuck at the moment.
Thank you everyone for your help on this. It seems it is a theme issue so it looks like I am going to have to make a change.
Hello Dawn,
For me, it seems like your menu itself can be bugged - Might be entirely a theme thing. It's not the end of the world, things like that can happen (:
Okay, down to business:
First thing I'd to - Rip apart that entire menu. Delete it & start re-constructing it piece by piece to see how it goes.
Also try building custom links for menu if you haven't yet.
Another thing: I'd also start checking your plugins one by one. That might a big one here. Themes are usually universal & so are the plugins, but they're not always compatible & might cause problems one to another. As we know, there are so many moving parts within a theme & it's okay.
So this is how you're going to run diagnostics:
Simply disable all of your website plugins.
Start re-enabling plugins one by one to see what causes the error.
Sometimes even refreshing /re-loading your websites stuff can eliminate the entire problem. Might be just a random minor hiccup along the road.
I hope it helps :) By the way lovely website!
Regards,
Henry
Still struggling with this, Is custom links just adding links from other sites? If someone could look at my site you will see what I mean, it's extremely difficult to go to one of the drop down items as it doesn't give you a chance to scroll down and choose what you want instead it just keeps loading the main menu item - http://perfecthenparty.com/
I see what you mean. I think it has to do with your theme because I don’t see any option to make the menu show the dropdown without having to click on it first.
No Loes I just went to menus and added the pages and categories to my main menu and inserted them beneath the menu items I wanted them under (indented)
