A New Online Marketers Worst Nightmare, Doubt!
Its been over a month and I have been steadily moving along in my training and I have had days I feel great about my progress and days like this morning when I just... DON'T.
I don't want to beat myself up.....but like so many people I set my goals for what I want to accomplish for the day or even week and quickly realize, I needed more time. This bothers me because when this happens I get behind what I hoped to accomplish and then I have to shift my weekly, monthly and even year goals (and they already seem forever away).
This is frustrating and usually starts to bring about those feelings of Doubt, and if that starts to take over.... Well then that's all she wrote! Your doomed to failure.
We know we all have these days and I truly believe this is the big test for all new online marketers. The fact is you can have all the tools you need for success, all the support you need but at the end of the day you still have to deal with life, and what ITS going to throw at you.
Being able to Deal with those feelings of Doubt is essential to your success. If your busy like me then you have to remind yourself to stay the coarse and not focus too much on time lines, but instead focus on doing what you can, when you can, and just know "And I Mean KNOW", You WILL accomplish your goals!
My Point Here is: If you feel as though you have had a less than productive day, week,or even month and those feeling of Doubt are sinking in
First remember that you are not alone in this battle and it is a battle, a battle you must win to be successful.
Next, STOP focusing on what you didn't do yesterday and start focus on what you will do today, tomorrow and all those days to come because that is the only thing that matters in the end. Focus on your dreams they are your positive feelings and not those negative emotions from the uncontrollable past.
Good Luck to All:)

Great advice, not to focus on what you didn't do and focus on what you do accomplish. I think that is very good for newbies because there are so many unexpected things that pop up.
When in doubt look at what has already been done. It's good for all of us but now that I'm here 1 week short of 3 months I have more times of smooth sailin with some help from my friends.
Keep up the good work David it will come together.

So true Marty, a lot of things do pop up and in those first few months when your just trying to get something started, even anything at all.....this is when you really need to stay strong.
Thanks again
David
This blog as yours shows again, why WA is so great. Members support, encourage and help each other. Thanks.
David! Thanks for your great post this morning! Well put. Doubt truly is enemy number one when it comes to the development, and continuation, of motivation, and the quest for productivity. We all struggle to accomplish our goals, but the ability to face the struggle with confidence in the victory that yet lies before us will allow us to overcome the mental struggle that is doubt.
All the best to you in all your efforts.
Regards,
Evan
Hi David, Your blog has just come in and at that exact time I'm was wondering what on earth am I doing, a Grandma in her 60s. What makes me think I can do this, it's so alien to me. Then I saw your blog and yes, you're right, I must focus on tomorrow and remember what I've accomplished over the month I've been here. It's going to be slow going for me, but I will do it, I'm now determined. Thanks for the encouragement, it came just at the right time for me! Ches
Chessie,That's Great! Something just sort of jumped out at me today to write this blog. At first it seemed so trivial but at the same time very relevant to my day. I'm so glad it help you today. David

Hey David, you're right. At the end of the day, it's what you accomplish that gives you the confidence you're on the right path. Many of us are burning both ends of the candle. We must remember there are twenty-four hrs in a day. Whatever we accomplish within this time frame
should be perceived as positive motion towards our goals. Hopefully, we are committed to something we enjoy(WA). This would be a great ally when we are challenged. WA is an awesome store house filled with family members ready to come to our aid, just as you have.
Thanks,
Darryl
Thanks Darryl! Your right, I always try to do something even if its small towards my goals everyday. This helps me stay positive about my day.
