Why Such Big Amounts If You're Making As Much As You Say You Are?
Hello everyone! I hope you're doing well. I just want to go over something for a few minutes. I just watched a seminar online about Facebook Ads for Marketing for local businesses. I just watched it really to try and learn about Facebook Ads/Advertising. I would love to learn how to do Facebook Ads. I like to watch different seminars to try and pick up different ideas on how to do certain things and maybe learn something new. BUT:
It Amazes Me, Of Most Of Their Prices
If I'm making 20K a month or however much, and I really want to help other people get going and help them succeed, why on earth would I charge $2000 for a course? Believe me, I understand people do work hard at putting these courses together a lot of the time, but if I had $2000 to pay for a course, chances are, I don't need the course because evidently I'm making money already somewhere.
Yes we have to pay a fee here inside WA but it is nothing compared to anything like that. I know people want to be compensated for their work and they should be and I want the same thing. They show the value of each thing they are offering and it looks to me they're giving like street values or something,. I don't know, maybe I'm just naive to it all.
But with all this being said, I'm sure there is value in a lot of these courses. Not all of them but some of them. And if I actually had an extra 2 grand laying around, I might would purchase one of them myself for more education or another business but I will have to succeed in online business and completely working from home before I did it.
Wouldn't It Be Nice?
Wouldn't it be nice to see someone offering a chorus online that they say they're making that 20K a month also, that they would let you try it out for a few months maybe and if you succeed with it, then you pay them the $2000? Or if it is worth $10,000, let me succeed and I'll pay you the 10 grand from my earnings. Most of the courses are sent out digital anyways and the serious ones will be the ones to succeed in some way.
Maybe I'm just fishing or fetching too far out there.
WA Has It!
WA does have everything you need to succeed online in affiliate marketing but it does take a while. As people, we get weary if we don't see a return in our investment right away and we get discouraged. We get that microwave mentallity because we gotta have it right now.
The truth is, it's going to take work to be successful in an online business, no matter what online venture you take. One venture may be easier and not take as long to see a return rather then another venture but it all will still take work.
I did mention at the first part of this post, that I would love to learn about Facebook Ads but I actually started the series of live webinars that Jay/Magistudios has provided here within Wealthy Affiliate and it's already included in my WA fee with no extra charges. Thank you WA!

Well said, I've seen that, "I want to help you ... pay this and that"!
We are lucky to be here at WA
I know it's everywhere online. I believe in making money but not by scamming people. WA is a very good place to be. Take care
Must admit I see stuff like that and think, they aren't earning as much as they make out if they have to flog these so called 'courses' and 'systems'. Therefore, if it's not working for them, then I don't want it.
Good post David, thank you.
How many people do you think would disappear once they got hold of the course.
Yes, they're making $20,000 per month because they average 10 signups per month at $2,000 each. That sort of puts it into perspective.

This is a great post, I was actually wondering about the same thing, if someone has 2k to pay for a course, then they are doing well financially.
Which means the courses are for people who are doing well already.
And in my opinion, Wealthy Affiliate gives opportunity to everyone and the courses offered are worth thousands of dollars.
I mean I am amazed when I type any topic on the search bar here at WA.
Add the weekly webinars and you have 2k worth with webinars alone.
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. You are exactly right about WA! WA could charge 2G's or more but they don't and you know why they want to help people succeed online!
That's my belief!
Take care
Hi
Even of the chances that I spark now something, yes we are lucky with wealthy affiliate, and it has good training.
But why is it that people complain to pay for education 2k but do not think twice buying a gadget that cost 1k and more. If the course gives the value and is good I am happy to pay 2k. Unfortunately, a lot of courses out there are bad and did not pass the basic knowledge line.
I have done a few courses that cost over 2k and 80 % gave great value.
With expensive courses you have to choose wisely.
Cheers Sylvia
Hello Sylvia,
I appreciate your comment. I know there is a lot of value in some of these courses. I did say also that if I had an extra 2 grand laying around I probably would purchase one myself.
I know people want to get paid for what they do and they should and I want the same thing. I'm just saying, you here a lot of people say they just want to help people succeed online and I even believe some of them really do want to help but the fact is, most people looking for an extra income online isn't going to have 2G's, or 1G, or even $497 laying around.
I'm not saying they shouldn't charge those prices if the content is really going to help someone succeed. But charging someone 2G's for something that is so basic and never following through with what they say is foolishness to me.
I would love to purchase some of the courses because I believe some of the people are really being sincere about helping others and I can appreciate that.
Thanks again for your comment. I hope you're doing well.
Take care
I'd have to agree on those high prices courses. It seems that the ones paying the 2K are those who can least afford it.

Yes, I have also seen all these courses that are supposed to help us change our lives and that asks us between $ 2K and 4K. That's how they earn their living by making us shine the best and some are willing to pay to have the same heavenly life of those people who want to "help us".
Long live the scammers !!
Have a nice day
