Thanks for sharing, we have all been in the same position.
It just takes practice.
Something I always go by is that it is better to correct something you have written rather than trying to correct nothing.

Dave, Congratulations on getting better. You just do it and you will improve. I started 5 months ago, blogging for the first time, today I am reaching 100. Of course, I have written in school, college and work like many others but I am not a trained writer.

I was slow to start, Dave--now It's part of my routine! It's a good feeling as you can see, and as Florentino said--Practice make's perfect!

Congratulations - writing comes with practice.

I smile when my kids complain about writing a 500-word assignment - then I tell them I write (or at least try to) 2000 words a day, every day.

You will find things go more quickly as you practice more. Then you will want to go back to your older posts and rewrite them!
