A few years ago my sister almost died!
To cut a long story short she was in hospital for what should have been a minor operation which suddenly went very badly wrong. Thankfully she survived but during the surgery she received 18 units of blood. To put that into context it's basically like having your entire body's blood volume replaced twice!

Afterwards I made a pledge that I would return those 18 units of blood (and hopefully a lot more too), so every 4-5 months now I make an appointment to give blood via the local blood transfusion service.

Today I gave my 10th unit so I am now over halfway towards fulfilling my initial pledge. I can never fully repay what the surgeon did for my family by saving my sister but I hope that by giving blood regularly I can help to save others.
Giving Value
I was reminded of the importance of giving value to your customers when I was watching one of Kyle's recent classes. He was talking about the importance of looking after your customers by promoting products that will actually bring tangible benefits to the customer rather than just promoting the product that will give you the highest commission pay-out.
It reminded me of a famous quote about marketing which goes something like this: “You Can Have Everything in Life You Want if You Will Just Help Enough Other People Get What They Want.” I'm pretty sure it was Zig Ziglar that said it.
I continuously see people asking "How can I make money?" or "How soon can I make money". The answer is simply - you can make money by genuinely helping other people.
