How to Connect With Your Customers

I found this recent article from quicksprouts.com on Connecting with customers pretty good.

There is a very good Infographics on the process. It's based on their case study with Zappos.

"Connecting with your customers on an emotional level is important because if you do, they will be 300% more likely to recommend you. Or, better yet, they will be 44% less likely to shop around, and they will be 33% less sensitive when it comes to your price."

It looks like the emphasis is to keep your customer on your own page based on your sales-page or content.

Thanks so much Daniel...good stuff!

Thanks for posting this Daniel. I think that is something often forgotten, that you are not writing for yourself, but for others and we have to learn how to really connect.

Yes, that is correct. We are writing for the customer.

Very useful information. Thanks for the share.

Thanks

Thanks Daniel. This was useful information.

Thanks.

The customer is always right is a rule that is sadly lacking in some businesses now. I have had a few incidents in the past couple of years where the service or products where not up to even a bad standard and the responses where either downright rude or lacking in conviction. Just two weeks ago we got a food delivery from woolworths, rotten potatoes and onions and all meat ordered was to be used by the very next day. Just because you are not there in the store selecting the products physically does it mean they can fob you off with the stuff that frankly is only fit for the garbage bin!

It's a great reminder that as much as we want to write based on what we want, we need to think of what the customer is looking for.

I enjoyed reading this article I believe their points on taking care of your customers to be very true ....thanks again

Thanks

This I like.

Thanks

I agree with your conclusion, but about infographics site ...?

I'm giving credit where due. This is the source of the info. It's going back to original article, not necessarily to the whole web-site.

Good information.

Thanks
