Came a Little Short on WA Challenge This Month
I was not able to tick everything off in the first month's Challenge, but still working through that. This was an extreme challenge for me this month with outside stuff getting in the way. No doubt, the Challenge has started on the wrong foot this month!
Motorcycle repairs, including installation of a new engine, having to work right away to barter the resulting expense - that alone ate up over a week of my valuable energy level. The motorcycle needs more work at this point.
During a planned trip to Kissimmee to see my sister, I did bring my laptop and did publish some content, but not enough. I did plan out my topics and manged to get most of the keywords for articles. I am now working on a series and am part way through that with yet the lion's share to do.
As would happen, two days I expected to round out 3 articles per day to complete the tasks, drama started with a vengeance. When I was at church, my sister wound up in the hospital with a dislocated shoulder. I had to wait for hours before they got back and I could get in. Good thing I did get one of the articles out that morning.
The next day I had made some ground but my family members decided to break out the hard liqueur and get drunk. By early evening they were already stupid, fighting and obnoxious behaviour! As you can probably guess, I do not drink alcohol and hate being around drunks. This crap went way beyond what I ever imagined. I just closed up my laptop and went to bed early.
Yay! Yesterday morning, got on the train and back to Tampa. The trip left me tired I fell asleep and awoke not long before Bible study...
Surprise! I went to get on my motorcycle and discovered that whilst I was in Kissimmee, someone struck my parked motorcycle and then got out of Dodge, causing more damage I have to pay for both in time and money.
The new month has not yet come out so I will be scrambling to get the rest of the articles finished and published. With hopefully, a better, less active month coming up, should be able to double my efforts and put out way beyond a minimum. Hopefully I will finish up what's not yet done before the new task list comes out.
This is my report for this week. I missed last week's time to post a blog.

Rarely need to take it with me on the bike. I take it when I go on far trips that require other modes of transportation.
I hope things get better for you as no one needs all these distractions, just work at your own pace.

I know it. I just wish people would take responsibility for the things they do and how they affect those around them. Albeit, it's all part of this thing we call 'life.' I'm almost there and if it's like last month, hopefully the new list comes out in a day or two. I will get the remainder done before starting the new one.

I know the feeling about life getting in the way. My story isn't as severe as yours but I can relate.

It used to be much, much worse. I have had far more distraction than I do now and had to actually stop my business for nearly four years to eliminate the clutter of major projects and obligations from my life.
I also lived in extremely substandard living situations, in unsafe neighbourhoods and so forth.
It's far better than it used to be.
It is ironic to note that, during the four years absence, my WA income never stopped except for a single month in 2017. Now, that demonstrates the power of residual income and a touch of entrepreneurship there.
Life still gets in the way but not near as much as it used to.
wow that is quite amazing Daniel, that your sites kept giving you an income even though they were non-active.
I know the struggles of real life keeping us from our tasks, but I also know myself quite well how easily I am to be distracted from my tasks at hand.

Only one website at that. The one I began making money on because of Wealthy Affiliate is, and always has been the only one I've made money with. I used to have almost 30 websites and was gently persuaded that this was way too many to try to manage. When I finally dropped that number drastically, I began making money on the one! To this day I am working with the one but I do have a handful of others, I think six in total, including the one.
I'm not out of the woods with distractions but it's definitely much better than it was.
The articles I'm working on right now are reviews and they are not coming easy with the research they require. I'm working on one for Affilorama now, which isn't one to be relying on what others say. I will have a unique article when it's done but not without hours of research inside that platform.
