that's most likely spam referral.
Here is a nice training that explains what it is and how you can get rid of it: What is a Spam Referral They just want you to click on it and visit their sites.

Hi there! Still on here and trying to make things work! I need to come up with more solid ideas for a money making website I think- My primary one i've started: paleorecipeti.m
Hi D. Regarding rankings and domain names - you might want to check out my blog post The Myth of Exact Match Domain Names. The url is not now the important factor but the title you use for that particular page is vital to the rankings.
Also Google responds to websites that already have traffic coming to them - a chicken and egg scenario. Getting traffic from posting your blog posts via social media tells google that your site is interesting enough for it to look at and respond to.
