I still want to know if I am going to be refunded the money that I paid to transfer 3 domains and the transfers did not went through because the domains are fairly new. I would use the money for something else.. Can someone please help me?
go to help centre on the left of your screen click sit support. I have had some bad scares and they come though for me very quickly. Linda
First I would find out why they did not transfer. The community transfers Domain sites all the time. The lesson is covered in the basic training. In section two called"moving over" If that lesson did not work for you, then you need to contact Site report.

The domains should transfer unless they are under 60 days old.
Once they are 61 days old, you go to your original registrar and apply to transfer away from their service.
It's a little time consuming and maybe a little confusing while this service tries to retain you as a customer, but in a short time, you'll be done.
Before you transfer, you will have to make sure that all of your security enhancements at the original registrar are unlocked, such as domain privacy, for example.
Your original registrar will send you the transfer code, which you will provide to the registrar that you are moving to.
If you are moving to WA, for example, it will charge you $13.99 per site to transfer hosting services.
It might take a bit for transfer to happen, or it could happen quickly, I don't know why it varies so much, but once you get confirmation that your services have transferred (to WA), you will still need to go to Site Manager and "Turn On" hosting.
Then you will be done.
Prior to 60 days after you registered your domain, you CANNOT transfer it anywhere. If that it the case, you simply have to wait.
The transfer did not go through as the domains are under 60 days old with the registrar... How do I get the money back from WA?
