I am currently on lesson "Instant Access to a MILLION products" where this question is actually explained. Unfortunately I don't understand the part about where to copy HTML, i

Hi - here is a short video on how to correctly add Amazon links.

Hi
I have followed everything suggested in the video. Inserting links and images worked fine but link+images didn't. The result i get is just empty frame without picture or link. What am I doing wrong?

Hi - difficult to say really. Are you copying the code in full? It should start with <iframe style and end with </iframe>

Have you tried it with different products?

Yes, I am copying everything in full and I also tried several products but no luck :-(
Maybe it has something to do with cursor position. I tried to place the cursor to different positions but no matter what I do the results is always empty frame.

Hmm, so, when you have searched for a product, and it comes up in a list, at the side of it, it says "Get link", which takes you to the customize page where you can see the code. Is the way you are doing it?

If so, rather than clicking on get link, click on the name of the product itself. Then get the code by clicking on the Text + Image link from the Site Stripe bar on the product page.

It should be the same code, but for some reason, using the code from the Site Stripe bar sometimes works when the other way doesn't.

That's what I do, as explained in the video. I go to text+image and copy the link. When I paste it all I get is an empty frame.

Try adding one as you have been doing, then send me the link to your site, and I will take a look to see if there is anything obvious I can see.

You can go here to find out what you need to do..
Just go to YouTube and look up how to put a HTML in my WordPress website.

Thank you guys so much !!

I was researching about free images for our blogs. Yes, there are several web sites with free pictures but they are very limited, especially when it come to electronic/electric

There are several large website with royalty-free license usage, such as Pixabay, Unsplash and Pexel. You can also check out the following:

Thank you I didn't know it existed. :-)

You are very welcome.

Hi everyone
I am interested in tools and I would like it to be my niche. Now, I am not sure if tools is too broad for niche or should I choose some subcategory like hand too

Tools of the trade - but what trade?
Tools for a particular job - but what job? knitting tools - joke?

(by the way i think DIY is still too broad.

You may like plastering, but hate electrics etc

The point, I am trying to make, is I think you can narrow your niche by selecting a trade or a particular subject that your are interested in using those tools on.

i.e.
tools for creating wood sculptures from scratch
tools for making your own furniture
tools for painting and decorating
tools for gardening
tools for knitting - joke again!

I personally wouldn't narrow it by splitting hand/power tools, because I think that likelihood is that you will come to write an article where one or other would be the better choice. Additionally they are both potential revenue streams.

One more thing
English is my second language. Will that be a problem later when it comes to writing?

Hi - no, you will be using the Site Content feature, which has a spelling and grammar checker to help you.

Based on your use of English above, I would say you will not have a problem.

Wood carving is a good niche. There are loads of tools specifically for this particular niche.

Hi - tools is too broad to start with. If you were to choose power tools, for example, you could start with one, such as drills. Then, when you have established yourself as an authority on that by writing lots of content, then expand with the next category.

Thank you very much Diane, will do that.
