Okay, if i have this correct you have purchased a domain of your own and not a siterubix? There is a good training here on how to do this and Kyle also shows how in the training. I would contact site support if the issue still remains. They are very good at resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.

When you talk about your site -- if you're referring to your siterubix (sub-domain) website hosted at WA -- here's a post that outlines the steps -- hope it's helpful for you ..... :) SiteRubix Checklist Before Transfer To Own Domain And if your existing website is on a different domain and hosted outside of WA -- then that is a very different question ... it would be best if it was built on WordPress for instance ...

I believe it does take a few days depending on what parties are involved in the transfer.
