I always click on upload an image, then find where it says this PC, and then click on an image in my file and it appears. Hope you're able to get ti done, Charlotte!

Do you have your files on your laptop?
If so, you should be able to uploaded them to your content by clicking the button that says " add media" in the WordPress edit mode. But first click in the contents where you want the files to be placed. You also have to select the alignment of the file (left, right or center). This is in a side menu that appears when you upload the file. Below the alignment function you will see a button that says select this image. Click on that and it should place your image into your text where you asked it to go. Don't forget to hit the update button. If you don't, it won't appear in the content.

After you do that you should go back into your site manager and refresh your website. This should confirm that the image was added. You can go into your site to make sure.
