I stopped looking at my rank until the evening...not that it changes during the day. I plan my days, then worry about rank after I get the work done that I need to get done on my site. I do training before that.

Remember, your rank, while it is nice to have it high, doesn't put money in your pocket. It's your website that does that.

Positions change here all the time. I wouldn’t worry too much about your rank. Stick the training and engage in the community when you can.
