The gif to end all gifs?
I once did a Blog entitled "The Blog To End All Blogs!"
Of course, although using a Headline like that will certainly draw attention, the ultimate result is bound to be disappointment, because what Blog can live up to that kind of hype?
So, when I saw a Blog recently, called "The GIF To End All GIFs," I just had to check it out!
(After all, I am the "King" of the GIFs! Well...maybe the "Prince" of GIFs...would you believe the "Grand Poobah" of GIFs?)
See? His Blog got my attention, but in the end, I found no fulfillment...just an empty feeling.
I couldn't even copy it in the GIF format, so you'll have to use your imagination...
(In case you can't read this, it says "LOL nothing matters.")
Imagine the words spinning around, which is why my still shot image is less than ideal.
Really?
The GIF to end all GIFs??
In the interest of full disclosure, I'm going to add some details from the Blog about GIFs...
Whoop, there it is, spinning around in all its glory! OK...serendipity, my friends!
The author's name is Adrian Chen, and he, too, has discovered the importance of a Headline.
Here's Mr. Chen's opinion on the "proliferation of reaction GIFs on the internet" (Who knew?)...
"GIFs are crutches for people who can't express themselves with words."
OUCH!
Hey, at least I put words WITH my GIFs.
Here is basically why he feels that his is the best GIF:
- "It's made up of words, so it says what it means. No stupid Twilight characters or whatever."
- "It represents an appropriate reaction to 99% of things one sees on the internet. It is literally the GIF to end all GIFs."
Mr. Chen believes this particular GIF to be so powerful that...
"eventually the internet may disappear completely, thanks to the power of this one compelling GIF, driving more and more people to remote mountaintops, where we'll all live in rural harmony."
OK, man...I can live with that. Where's my backpack?

That post, according to me is very weak compared to some of the masterpieces I've seen you create. All including pics, motion and some mighty words to go along and tie it all together. By the way I'll vote for you to have GIF King status... but then again I'm just a fan so maybe my vote is skewed Ha! Keep creating Rick and we will try and keep up. ATB Carson 1
Hmm mm. I don't see the connection between that GIF, the demise if the internet, and a mountain top. Oh well, it's still too early in my day.....Debbie
Thank you for the blog. I disagree with Mr C. I think the Internet will be around for awhile
Rick - I really don't know where to go with this one.
All I'll say is keep your wonderful GIF posts coming and save our remote mountaintops.
Thanks for sharing.

Something else to learn, Mike...I'm going at a snail's pace. :)
