Has anyone heard of Driver Easy?
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the app Driver Easy? Well, it sure saved me from a big headache!
I am the first to admit that I am not too computer savy, so when I woke up the other day to see that ALL of my Sound applications were wiped off of my computur after a Windows 10 update, I was in a bit of a panic.
When searching for information on my problem, I found a post about the app Driver Easy. The app will scan your computer and find problems within the Driver. I had 20 things that were wiped out!
If you know what you are doing, you can use this application for free, but boy does it take a lot of time to upload, and do not get me starting about maually updating afterwards. I am not even sure that I am describing it the right way....
Long story short, I spent a whole day trying to do it manually, when I finally decided to throw in the towel and buy the pro version for $29.95. Once the payment went through, all I had to do was press update all and everything was done within 10 minutes!
The Pro version can be used on 3 seperate computers for 1 year. There is also an affiliate program that gives you 50% commission for any of you tech savy people out there! I feel like I do not understand computers well enough to promote so I though I would share this with other members of Wealthy Affiliate.
I hope this will help others that went through the same thing!

Thank you Colleen. I think I'll have a look at Driver easy. One thing I have found out with apps and plugins is that the free ones are often difficult.bi guess this encourages people to upgrade. Jim
